On 24 May 2023, the Land Registration Authority (LRA) welcomed delegates from the Indonesian Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning to discuss the Philippine Government’s implementation of various electronic land services.

Administrator Gerardo Panga Sirios, together with fellow LRA officials, discussed the agency’s current practices on its process to digitalize manual and analog titles in support of the LRA’s Land Titling Computerization Project. After the meeting, delegates were accommodated by the Registry of Deeds of Quezon City to observe its daily operations, followed by a site visit to check the land title digitization process and equipment of the agency.

Through this engagement, the LRA and the Indonesian Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning commits to protect the lands of the public by innovating and strengthening its electronic land services.
