About Us

To serve the interests of a rapidly growing number of tech-savvy clients, as well as to keep in pace with steady moves to translate information to digitized format, the Land Registration Authority set out to develop a website which would grant access to info on the agency’s primal services via the World Wide Web. With the landowner in mind, the site encapsulates information on the Central Office, the Registries of Deeds, as well as to a wealth of statutes, programs and policies which the browser may access to aid him or her in navigating the labyrinthine process that is land titling and registration. Not to be misconstrued as a do-it-yourself measure for the public, the site nonetheless allows users to become familiar with numerous facts which are indispensable prior to a trip to a registry office or the Central Office.
