This is to inform the general public that, pursuant to LRA Circular No. 19-2020, the Land Registration Authority (LRA), through its Registries of Deeds (RD), shall process transactions in the Electronic Primary Entry Book (EPEB) based on the completeness of documents submitted.

If the documents presented are incomplete, the transaction may still be entered in the EPEB but will be considered as non-registrable while the fees paid for the entry of the transaction may no longer be reimbursed. A Notice of Non-Registrability will be issued to the client.

In this regard, the transacting public is advised to ensure that all the required documents for a transaction are complete before proceeding to the RDs. The Registration Information Officers are assigned in the RDs to assist you.
