The Land Registration Authority (LRA) conducted the Land Titling Computerization Program (LTCP) Assessment and Planning Conference at the Royce Hotel, Clark, Pampanga, held last 5-7 July 2023. 

In response to the significant demands of the transacting public, the Land Registration Authority (LRA) establishes the Legal Counseling Services to answer queries and concerns regarding land registration transactions. 

In support to the New Agrarian Emancipation Act signed by President Ferdinand “Bongbong” R. Marcos, Jr., the Land Registration Authority – Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (LRA-CARP) and Registries of Deeds (RD) participated in the distribution of land titles to Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) during its nationwide distribution in various provinces last 07 July 2023. 

Land Registration Authority (LRA) Administrator Gerardo Panga Sirios and Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) Chief Executive Officer Marilene C. Acosta led the signing ceremony of the Joint HDMF-LRA Memorandum Circular No. 002 last 10 July 2023.

Estrella III, during the ceremonial signing of the New Agrarian Emancipation Act in Malacañang Palace last 07 July 2023. 

On 7 July 2023, Land Registration Authority (LRA) Administrator Gerardo Panga Sirios witnessed the signing into law of the New Agrarian Emancipation Act in Malacañang Palace. 

Land Registration Authority (LRA) Administrator Gerardo Panga Sirios led the flag-raising ceremony and on-site inspection and visit at the Registry of Deeds of Calapan, Oriental Mindoro.

The Land Registration Authority (LRA), represented by Deputy Administrator Atty. Teodoro L. Bonifacio, Jr., Acting Director for Legal Service and Chief for Legal Division Atty. Salvalente Thaddeus B. Elizalde, along with the LRA Legislative team, paid a courtesy visit to University of the Philippines (UP) College of Law Associate Dean, Solomon F. Lumba last 29 June 2023.

The Social Security System (SSS), led by Commissioner Robert Joseph M. De Claro, conducted an orientation and on-site registration of SSS membership application for the Land Registration Authority’s (LRA) Job Order (JO) personnel last 29 June 2023. 

Honorable Governor Sharee Ann T. Tan of Samar Province met with Administrator Gerardo Panga Sirios of the  Land Registration Authority (LRA) last 29 June 2023 to discuss collaboration on services for developmental projects in the Province of Samar.
