Land Registration Authority (LRA) Administrator Gerardo Panga Sirios expresses his profound appreciation on the recognition received from Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) Secretary Conrado M. Estrella III, during the ceremonial signing of the New Agrarian Emancipation Act in Malacañang Palace last 07 July 2023. 

“We acknowledge and commend the collaborative efforts and active participation of all the offiicials and employees of the Registries of Deeds, LRA – Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program (CARP) and  LRA – Central Office, which played an important role in ensuring the seamless and efficient distribution of titles.”

Nonetheless, the Authority will continue to heed the call of President Ferdinand “Bongbong’ R. Marcos, Jr., Department of Justice Secretary Jesus Crispin “Boying” Remulla, and DAR Secretary Conrado M. Estrella III to ensure that the titles will be issued to Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries (ARBs) at the soonest possible time.
