This is to inform the general public that, pursuant to LRA Circular No. 15-2020, the Land Registration Authority (LRA) will be implementing the Title Ready Program (TRP). This will allow the Registries of Deeds (RD) to search, locate, retrieve and tag the titles in their custody.
TRP may be requested by Registered Owners, or their duly-appointed representatives, by visiting the Registry of Deeds having custody of the subject land title.
Alternatively, TRP may also be requested by sending a text message to (0917) 847-0598 for Globe subscribers or (0919) 066-5327 for Smart subscribers, or by email through clrp@lra.gov.ph with the format below:

Owner Name_ RD where property is Registered_Title Type/Title Number

Tagging titles as having undergone the TRP process is FREE OF CHARGE.
