This 02 October 2023, Land Registration Authority (LRA) Administrator Gerardo Panga Sirios receives the Certificate of Recognition for the LRA as one of the Top 10 Government Agencies with High Complaints Resolution Rate, as of December 2022, presented by Director Maria Luisa Salonga-Agamata of the Civil Service Commission (CSC) Public Assistance and Information Office and Program Manager of Contact Center ng Bayan.

The award was conferred by the CSC last 27 September 2023 during the recently concluded recognition ceremony of the CSC’s Contact Center ng Bayan (CCB) Partner Recognition Program, in celebration of the CSC’s 123rd Anniversary.

Being one of the government agencies with a high complaints resolution rate, the LRA remains committed to extend its assistance to the public and collaborate with stakeholders to continuously innovate the Land Titling Computerization Project (LTCP) of the Authority.
