On 07 September 2023, the Land Registration Authority (LRA), led by Administrator Gerardo Panga Sirios, entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Social Security System (SSS), led by President and CEO Rolando Ledesma Macasaet, for the participation of SSS in the Authority’s Title Upgrade Program under the Land Titling Computerization Project (LTCP).

The LRA supports the direction of the SSS in the conversion of its manually-issued titles into Electronic Certificates of Title to reduce its risk from tampering and destruction. With this, the Authority continues to develop and implement strategies to advance the goal of LTCP among partnered agencies.
