NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

We are pleased to inform our clients that the LRA is launching eSerbisyo Portal, a new service that will allow the transacting public to avail of a cheaper, easier, safer and more convenient way of securing a Certified True Copy (CTC) of a Land Title.

Without increasing the existing price for a CTC of Title secured through the Anywhere-to-Anywhere (A2A) Service, the LRA offers the additional services in  the eSerbisyo Portal at no additional cost to the public and the Government as the LTCP contractor shall shoulder the expenses of the additional service of the CTC delivered to the home or office of the requesting client.

This is in support of President Rodrigo Duterte’s mandate to make government services more accessible to the general public.

LRA Clients may request for the CTC through the LRA eSerbisyo Portal, which can be accessed through https://eserbisyo.lra.gov.ph/ – clients do not have to go to the LRA’s Registries of Deeds/LRA Offices.

Using the LRA eSerbisyo Portal is easy. Just follow the steps below:

  1. Visit https://eserbisyo.lra.gov.ph/;
  2. Click Register to create an account;
  3. Login by providing the username and password;
  4. Submit a Request for Certified True Copy and pay the corresponding fees for the processing of your request using your Landbank ATM/Debit card;
  5. Your CTC of Title will be delivered to your registered shipping address in the Philippines.

The fees to be charged for requesting a CTC of Title through the eSerbisyo Portal is the same as the A2A Service, and the delivery of the requested CTC of Title to your home or office address is an added service with no additional charge. With eSerbisyo, there is an added service with no additional charge.

Accessibility and use of the eSerbisyo Portal is in accordance to LRA Circular No. 22-2019 with subject: “Launching of the eSerbisyo Internet Portal to allow LRA Clients to make Online Requests for Certified True Copies of Titles”.

PABATID SA PUBLIKO

Inilulunsad ng LRA ang eSerbisyo Portal kung saan maari nang magrequest ng Certified True Copy (CTC) ng inyong Titulo sa mas mura, mas madali, at mas ligtas na paraan.

Ipapadala na sa inyong piniling shipping address – sa bahay man, opisina, o saanman sa Pilipinas – ang inyong hinihiling na CTC sa parehas na halaga ng CTC na hiniling sa pamamagitan ng Anywhere-to-Anywhere Service ng LRA. Ang pagpapadala ng CTC ay karagdagang serbisyo na walang karagdagang bayarin mula sa publiko at sa Gobyerno dahil ito ay isasakatuparan ng LTCP contractor ng LRA.

Ito ay sang-ayon sa mandato ni Presidente Rodrigo Duterte na gawing mas mabilis ang mga serbisyo ng gobyerno sa publiko.

Maaring magrequest ng CTC sa eSerbisyo Portal sa pamamagitan ng pag-access sa https://eserbisyo.lra.gov.ph/ – at hindi na kailangan pang magtungo sa mga opisina ng LRA o sa Registry of Deeds.

Madali lang ang paggamit sa LRA eSerbisyo Portal. Sundan ang mga sumusunod na hakbang para makapag-request ng CTC ng inyong titulo:

  1. Magpunta sa website na https://eserbisyo.lra.gov.ph/;
  2. I-click ang Register para makagawa ng account sa website;
  3. Mag-log in sa website gamit ang username at password;
  4. Magsagawa ng CTC Request at bayaran ang kaukulang bayarin para maiproseso ang iyong request gamit ang iyong Landbank ATM/Debit card;
  5. Hintaying maipadala ang CTC ng iyong titulo sa iyong shipping address.

Hindi binago ang presyo ng bayad ng pagre-request ng CTC ng Titulo sa pamamagitan ng eSerbisyo Portal, at ang pagpapadala sa iyong bahay o sa iyong opisina ng CTC ng titulo sa pamamagitan ng eSerbisyo Portal ay isang karagdagang serbisyo na walang kaukulang bayad. Sa eSerbisyo, may karagdagang serbisyo na walang karagdagang bayad.

Ang LRA eSerbisyo Portal ay naaayon sa LRA Circular No. 22-2019 na may subject na,  “Launching of the eSerbisyo Internet Portal to allow LRA Clients to make Online Requests for Certified True Copies of Titles”.
