This is to inform the general public that, pursuant to LRA Circular No. 20-2020, starting on December 1, 2020, the Land Registration Authority (LRA) shall require the submission of Encoded Technical Descriptions (“eTD”) corresponding to approved plans by the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), which are submitted for registration in the various Computerized Registries of Deeds.

The eTD system is FREE OF CHARGE and shall be available for use by requesting for the installation file and User Guide through etdmailbox@lra.gov.ph.

Training on the use of the said System may also be requested through the same email address, and is likewise given FREE OF CHARGE.
