LRA inaugurates the newly constructed Registry of Deeds building for the Province of Catanduanes (Virac). The project is the result of the cooperation between the provincial government of Catanduanes, the Registry of Deeds Officials and Staff, the LRA, and its IT partner, LARES, Inc.

The occasion was graced by Gov. Joseph Cua, Vice Gov. Peter Cua, Provincial Administrator Lemuel Surtida, LARES President Teddy Sumulong, and Atty. Lara Faye Surtida, Register of Deeds.
