Land Registration Authority Administrator Gerardo Panga Sirios was invited as a Guest of Honor and Speaker at the Quezon City Police District’s Flag Raising and Revitalized Pulis sa Barangay Send-off Ceremonies on 17 April 2023.

The ceremony was led by the District Director Brig. General Nicolas Torre III, Deputy District Director for Administration (DDDA) Col. Fernando Ortega, Chief District Directional Staff (CDDS) Col. Josefino D. Ligan., Acting Chief Police Colonel Geovanny Emerick A. Sibalo (DMFB)., Chief Internal Affairs Service Police Colonel Valentino J. Dio., Police Station 16 Police Lieutenant Colonel Vicente L. Bumalay Jr., and Police Station 10 Police Lieutenant Colonel Roberto P. Amoranto. After the welcoming ceremony, District Director Brig. General Torre III showcased the command center of the QCPD.

Administrator Sirios expressed his gratitude to the QCPD police officers for their unwavering dedication and integrity in serving and protecting our country and the Filipino people.
