On 30 May 2023, Land Registration Authority (LRA) Administrator Gerardo Panga Sirios, together with fellow LRA officials, met with Managing Director of Currency and Securities Production Sub-Sector Atty. Mary Anne Lim, Banknotes and Securities Production Management Director Sarah Severina Curtis and Acting Deputy Director Joseph Alcala of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).

The LRA and BSP discussed the PHILARIS Judicial Title Forms, which will be utilized by the Registries of Deeds to seamlessly handle transactions related to the Support to Parcelization of Lands for Individual Titling (SPLIT) Project of the Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) and the Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Housing (4PH) Program of the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD).
