The Land Registration Authority (LRA), represented by Deputy Administrator Atty. Teodoro L. Bonifacio, Jr., Acting Director for Legal Service and Chief for Legal Division Atty. Salvalente Thaddeus B. Elizalde, along with the LRA Legislative team, paid a courtesy visit to University of the Philippines (UP) College of Law Associate Dean, Solomon F. Lumba last 29 June 2023.

The UP College of Law commits to extend guidance and assistance to the LRA in the study of the current state of land titling in the country for the drafting of proposed bill to further improve our land registration services.
