Land Registration Authority (LRA) Administrator Gerardo Panga Sirios conducted an on-site inspection at the Registries of Deeds of Silay City, Cadiz City, San Carlos City, La Carlota City, Kabankalan City, Bago City, Bacolod City, and Negros Occidental Province last 19-21 July 2023. 

The site inspection intends to address the challenges and issues in the Registries of Deeds in order to improve its service delivery. 

During the visit, Administrator Sirios  paid a courtesy visit with Bacolod City Mayor Alfredo Abelardo “Albee” Benitez and San Carlos City Mayor Rene Gustilo to further discuss its future developments and subsequent works for the delivery of efficient services of the Registries of Deeds in Region VI. 

The LRA commits to closely monitor its Registries of Deeds to ensure the quality of its land titling services and strengthen the human resource development nationwide.
