On 14 June 2023, distinguished subject matter experts from the House of the Representatives of the Philippines and the Presidential Legislative Liaison Office (PLLO) conducted a Seminar-Workshop entitled “Capacity Building Activities: Bill Drafting and How a Bill Becomes a Law” for the Land Registration Authority’s (LRA) lawyers and legal officers.

The Seminar-Workshop aims to capacitate the LRA’s legislative team on crafting a clear, concise and effective policy proposal on the passage of the intended revisions on Presidential Decree No. 1529 and other land registration laws, consistent with the Authority’s vision to strengthen the land titling services and initiatives in the country.
