Land Registration Authority (LRA) Administrator Gerardo Panga Sirios and the Register of Deeds of Lucena City, Atty. Patrick Heinrich Wendell R. Ilagan led the Inauguration Ceremony for the newly opened building of the Registry of Deeds of Lucena City, Province of Quezon.
LRA officials expressed its appreciation and gratitude to the City Government of Lucena for the grant to use the lot on which the office of the Registry of Deeds of Lucena City stands. Their generosity will significantly improve the service delivery of LRA.
This remarkable activity, which was held on 19, April 2023, were also graced by Lucena City Vice Mayor Roderick “Dondon” Alcala, Lucena City Councilor Patrick Norman E. Nadera, Lucena City Councilor Jose Christian O. Ona, Lucena City Councilor Elizabeth U. Sio, Former Secretary of the Department of Agriculture, Engr. Proceso J. Alcala, and Atty. Euclides G. Forbes from the Office of the City Mayor of Lucena.
The new office of the Registry of Deeds of Lucena City is located at Lucena City Government Complex, Diversion Road, Barangay Mayao, Kanluran, Lucena City.
