During the flag raising ceremony on 18 September 2023, Land Registration Authority (LRA) Administrator Gerardo Panga Sirios led the announcement of the newly-elected GABAY ng LRA Association Board Members, followed by an oath-taking ceremony.

At the event, Administrator Sirios expressed his hope that through the support and assistance of the newly-elected officers of GABAY, the LRA Central Office and Registries of Deeds personnel are able to actively participate in the Authority’s future plans to forge a safe working environment and improve the implementation of land titling services.
