Land Registration Authority (LRA) Administrator Gerardo Panga Sirios and Home Development Mutual Fund (HDMF) Chief Executive Officer Marilene C. Acosta led the signing ceremony of the Joint HDMF-LRA Memorandum Circular No. 002 last 10 July 2023. 

This partnership aims to establish standardized procedures for all housing loan transactions under the HDMF, as well as to introduce new transaction types that will streamline the processing time for the transfer and issuance of titles.

Through this linkage, the LRA and HDMF commits to provide innovative solutions to its respective services for the benefit of its stakeholders and clients.
