The Land Registration Authority (LRA), under the leadership of Administrator Gerardo Panga Sirios, has once again demonstrated its commitment to excellence by successfully passing the Surveillance Audit for International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001-2015 Certification on Quality Management System (QMS), conducted by SOCOTEC Global.

SOCOTEC Auditors recommended for the immediate continuous certification of LRA to ISO 9001:2015.

The Surveillance Audit was conducted at the LRA Central Office and various Registries of Deeds (RODs) on 07-11 August 2023, to assess the LRA’s core procedures and systems in Land Registration Services and its support processes.

Consistent with its mandate and ISO global standards, the LRA, together with its RODs remains committed in providing fast and reliable land titling services to the transacting public.
