The signing of Joint Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between the Land Registration Authority (LRA), Department of Finance (DOF), and the Bureau of Local Government Finance (BLFG), for Component 2 of the Local Government Reform Project (LGRP), held on 11 May 2023 at the Philippine International Convention Center. 

This agreement shall strengthen the development and implementation of effective property tax valuation database and its information technology system. 

LRA Administrator Gerardo Panga Sirios, DOF Secretary Benjamin E. Diokno, and BLGF OIC-Executive Director Ricardo L. Bobis, Jr. were present at this event for the signing of the MOA, and joined by Local Chief Executives from 21 Local Government Units.
